Six, weekly in person informal workshops, is a natural follow on from the Four workshop series. We continue to combine mindfulness and creativity to reduce anxiety, stress and feelings of isolation. Provided in a calm inclusive space to pause, create and connect. A trained facilitator will begin each session with a guided mindfulness exercise, guiding the mind away from the stress of the day and into the positive present moment. Following this you will start with a playful creative warm up activity. This is to encourage the focus to be on the process of making over the outcome. Then you will be offered a creative activity however, additional materials will also be provided to encourage your own exploration and expression, without evaluation. The aim of these more informal sessions is the deepen the practice and foster the connection within the group. Each week you will be given a recording of the mindful exercise and a creative activity to do at home, to extend and embed the benefits from the workshop.

Each session is 1 hour.

Group size limited to 10 spaces.

No previous mindfulness or art skills required.
