Our Services

These creative health workshops allow you a calm and inclusive space to pause, create and connect. Through guided mindfulness practices and accessible creative activities, in a non-judgemental way. No prior mindfulness or creative experience needed. You are not required to share anything you don’t want to, just come relax and create.

The sessions gently support those experiencing anxiety, stress or feelings of isolation. While fostering self-confidence, improving wellbeing and community connection. The workshops are designed to be easily inclusive and preventative, providing ongoing skills for the future. We run in person workshops several days a week in the centre of Winchester. New here? Begin with the Four workshop series, you can then continue with the more informal Hub sessions. Both these groups are limited to 8 spaces.
