Small Group Workshops

If you prefer to join a smaller group, these sessions are limited to four places. They are in-person and run weekly for four weeks. The workshops will combine mindfulness and creativity to reduce anxiety, stress and feelings of isolation. Provided in a calm inclusive space to pause, create and connect. A trained facilitator will guide you through four different mindfulness practice each week, guiding the mind away from negative rumination and into the positive present moment. Following this the you will start with a playful creative warm up exercise, to help move away from perfectionism and focus on the process, rather than the outcome. You will then be introduced to a creative activity, to promote a flow response, reversing stress responses and stimulating the release of happy hormones such as endorphins and serotonin. Every session will finish with reflective prompts, connecting the knowledge and experience and to highlight any challenges. Each week the you will be given access to a recording of the mindful exercise and a creative activity to do at home, to extend and embed the benefits from the workshop.

Each session is 90 minutes.
