Slow down and enjoy some mindful painting by the beautiful River Itchen. We will begin by taking our time to explore the stunning area. Followed by a gentle mindfulness exercise. Leading into a simple calming creative activity based on what we observe around us.
Like all our sessions this is about enjoying the process of making. The creative activities are process driven, reducing pressure and allowing you to relax and enjoy some time for yourself.
No previous art skills or mindfulness practice required.
