A gentle creative collage workshop.
No previous mindfulness or art skills required.
Slow down and enjoy some mindful collage in the inspiring Design Junction. We will begin with a gentle mindfulness exercise. Leading into simple calming collage activities. Taking time to notice, gather and create in a playful way.
Like all our sessions this is about enjoying the process of making, allowing you to enjoy some relaxed time for yourself.
