Our Workshops
These creative health workshops allow you a calm and inclusive space to pause, create and connect. Through gentle mindfulness practices and accessible creative activities, in a non-judgemental way. No prior mindfulness or creative experience needed. You are not required to share anything, just come relax and create.
The sessions gently support those experiencing overwhelm, stress or disconnection. While fostering self-confidence, improving wellbeing and connection. The workshops are evidence-based, with research that supports the benefits of creative health. You will leave each workshop with resources to continue your practice at home. These in person sessions are run in the centre of Winchester. New here? Start with the Four workshop series, you can then continue with the more informal Hub sessions. We also offer the workshop series to businesses wanting to support their staff and build a strong connected team.
